All the instrument lesson plans in Phase III are Commercial maneuvers only, and contain knowledge that any well trained Commercial Pilot should already know BEFORE he/she begins to work on the Instrument Rating. If the Commercial student is already Instrument rated then he/she will have no difficulty with the lessons in Phase III.
